The idea - why a course like this?
Many educational institutions throughout Europe are working on the integration of the European dimension in their learning environments.
But developing European projects takes a lot of skills and experience: proposals, partners, budget, dissemination etc.
There many institutions need to prepare and train teacher and other professionals to be able to manage or participate in the development and carrying out of transnational European projects.

The idea of this course about competencies to develop European projects for adult and young adult learners within the EU Lifelong Learning programme, running from 2007 to 2013, came from our good friends and colleagues at the Università delle LiberEtà (The university of free ages) in Udine, Italy.

The idea is to offer a one week intensive course for educational professionals in their own institution. And of course integrate the training of the english "EU project language" in the course.
