The pilot course will be held at the Università delle LiberEtà (The university of free ages) in Udine, Italy, in September 2005. After the evaluation of this course the course is offered to partners in the City Learning Net and also to their local or national partner institutions. The course is an non-formal course, but the participants will get documentation for the activities. Also the course is designed to be a non-profit and a low budget course. The focus will be on competencies, not on spending a lot of money. The course can in a very flexible way be adjusted to the specific needs of the different institutions. The course should not count more than 10-12 participants. The hosting institution should be able to provide 2 or 3 smaller workrooms for groupwork during the course. The course participants should have access to computers for internet search and project design. At least 5-6 computers should be available during the course. The hosting institution should provide a computer with internet and a projector for teacher presentations in the primary workroom. |
